Client of the Month - Jeannette Scales

Meet Jeanette, a long-time member of the Active One community, who has been with us for nearly 9 years. Jeanette's commitment to her health is nothing short of inspiring, and we're thrilled to celebrate her as our Client of the Month!

Jeanette's journey began when her doctor recommended that she incorporate more "huff & puff" exercise into her routine to manage her autoimmune diseases. After considering her options, Jeanette chose Active One, and it has made all the difference.

Since joining, Jeanette has lost a few kilos and reports feeling fitter, stronger, and more balanced. The variety of exercises offered in our group classes has not only helped her physical health but has also enhanced her ability to enjoy her favourite hobbies, including walking, golfing, and spending quality time with her grandkids.

But the benefits of coming to Active One go beyond just physical health. Jeanette enjoys the camaraderie and support of her Friday group, saying, "As well as the health benefits from the exercises, I enjoy the company of my Friday group. It’s fun. Everyone is friendly & we enjoy coffee & a chat afterwards." For Jeanette, the social connections have made her fitness journey even more rewarding.

Jeanette also praises our team of Exercise Physiologists for their dedication and expertise. “All the Exercise Physiologists are fantastic. They cater well to individual needs & make exercising enjoyable,” she says. It's this personalized care and attention to detail that has helped Jeanette make consistent progress and stay motivated.
