Ian has been coming to Active One for many years. His wife Jeanette first attended, and Ian started coming soon after her. He loved it the minute he started our classes. Ian really enjoys the interaction with our EP's and our exercise instruction during class. He knows that he does not have strong motivation to exercise alone therefore loves booking into our group classes and knowing that we make sure he attends on a regular basis.
Last year during lockdown Ian tried our YouTube videos and enjoyed them and he also walked regularly, however lost confidence after a fall. Re-joining our classes helped him to commit to exercise in a safe, supervised and supported environment. He has seen his balance greatly improve since last year.
Ian is such a positive person to have in our sessions, he works hard and gets the most out of every session. Well done Ian.
