Rehabilitation and ongoing treatment strategies to assist in a return to activities of daily living and/or to improve quality of life. 

Active One OTs are trained to work with clients who have neurological deficits including post stroke, acquired brain injury, dementia, multiple sclerosis and movement disorders (i.e. Parkinson’s disease). 

 

We can assess and identify the myriad of symptoms that can present as a result of neurological dysfunction, and will work with you to determine what your goals are in therapy.

 

We use best practice guidelines and the latest research to determine the most suitable interventions to enable you to achieve your goals.

 

Active One OTs work collaboratively with other allied health professionals in your therapy team to maximise outcomes.
